There are so many inserts that look like they'd be great if you just look at how many stars (true of ALL products) but I only look at 1, 2 & 3 star ratings and do extensive searching before buying something (after years of returns due to so many untrue high rated reviews.) These seemed promising so I ordered and really like them. They come squished flat in air bags yet almost immediately plumped up to size, fullness once taken out. They are firm enough (but not HARD) that I can use one to put behind my back against the wood to keep my spine straighter, etc. I can't say they'd be good for a head pillow but that's not their intended purpose. The material is NOT rough to the touch. I recommend. (photo is these inserts with my covers.)

I like this pillow. Came rolled up but opened it puffed and stays puffed even when pushing down. Thick and puffy.Quality ----- GOODNO smell or ODORGood supportGood value.I would buy this again!!

I purchased two pillows. They were nice and fluffy and look really nice on my sofa. They’re supportive comfortable, and they are nicely filled!

The description is misleading because it says “puredown†which I interpreted as being down feathers. When the pillows arrived I was confused and went back and read the insert description and saw that it says alternative materials. I was a little disappointed but I ended up really liking these inserts. I have other pillows that have down and they are squishy and lose shape when you sit on them. These inserts keep their shape! I decided they would actually work great on my couch because they will look more firm so I am keeping them. Definitely recommend these.The inserts come wrapped in individual bags and they are vacuumed flat so the box that they come in is a small long square box. It was really easy to open them up and they fluff up right away. I did not notice any odors whatsoever. They were really easy to put in the pillowcase. These will be really great for changing out cases throughout the seasons.

Love this insert, smelled fresh, puffed up immediately when opened and fills my pillow cover perfectly. Highly recommend and it is very reasonably priced.

Love these pillow inserts and the fact they came 2 to a pack. Had four couch pillows that needed new inserts since those came with feathers that kept poking everyone in the back and I am so happy that I found these inserts. These are soft and exactly what I was after giving my couch pillows the fluffy feel I was wanting for a couch throw pillow. My previous inserts were a 23x23 so I went a little larger and went with the 24x24 which puffs the pillows even more and the shape comes back. These arrived in air sealed packaging, and once I opened the package, the pillows started to fluff out. Here are the pillows with the new inserts and sorry forgot to get before pictures. If you are in the market for new inserts, you won't be sorry if you purchase these.
