The dispenser is beautiful and we like that it had three spirits one for hot, cold and room temp water. However, the water tastes like you are drinking dusty water. The water we are using is reverse osmosis filtered water. If the taste does not improve in a week, we will be returning the unit.

The paddles you need to push and release to start and stop the water flow are too close to the valve openings, so unless you are careful the water flow will drip behind the edge of your cup when you release the paddle. The drip tray is small and shallow. The water flow streams from the valves are weak compared to other options, so it takes longer to fill your cup. And the cold water isn’t very cold. The child safety switch on the hot water valve is a little difficult to operate. The unit wobbled when set on a perfectly flat counter so I had to shim under one corner to eliminate the wobble. We might have been happy with this unit if there were no alternatives with good reviews, but for all these reasons, we opted for a different model from a different source.

This products works well for room temp and cold water, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use the hot water. I really need the hot water function and the water does taste a little funny even after a few sips.

Followed the instructions, seemed fine. Next morning the outlet it was plugged into was tripped and there was water all over the counter under the cooler. Immediate return and requested a refund. I may have just gotten a bad unit and the company is legit, but I won't trust them again and will choose another brand.

Awesome product bought it for my grandma, easy to use. She loves it had a problem with shipping and my replacement came at ease. Outstanding customer service thank you PUREPLUS will definitly order from them again.

Nice counter top cooler, power switches in a odd location behind the unit, just have to reach around to feel for them inorder to disable power for cycling of cooling and heating of water.

Water doesn’t get that cold . Ever… Tastes horrible! And we’re on our second 5 gal bottle sadly
