These are so cute and fit my beach theme bathroom. The quality is ok, they are not thick or soft they are made of a stretchy material, nylon or spandex I am guessing. They do not have a no slip backing but don't seem to slip around on the toilet seat. I like them.

I would be embarrassed to use them in our summer bathroom. I want to return them as they are not what I expected at all. Thin silky material, color is green, not blue, things would slip off the toilet tank.
