We lost the wheel nut on our small Igloo cooler and we were able to salvage it. We use the cooler a lot so this was a life saver.

Once again I have fallen victim to Amazon's algorithem. I typed in 5/8th pushnut and Amazon figures I don't know what I am looking for and showes me 5/16th pushnuts and I get something for the storage bins and will most likely never use. There wasn't any like this in the 5/8th size I needed. I checked after these arrived. Too much trouble to send them back. They appear to be quite sturdy and I believe if I needed them, or will ever need them, they will do quite well.

The push nut did a nice job of securing the locking pin for my brake caliper and pads on my 93 Corvette. The E-clip went on first then as an added safety I put the push nut next to it.

So, your Jeep sun visor fell down one day, broken, and you scoured the internet for ways to fix it. You came across some random forum with a guy telling you he used a push nut to resolve the issue along with instructions of how to repair the visor.Yes, you're at the right product and yes, it works PERFECTLY if you follow that guy's instructions.10/10 for saving money.

Maybe these are some metric size? but for sure, they are not 5/16. They do not hold against the bolt.
