Your cart is empty.The unique feature of the Raven termination vent earned the patent because it allows water condensation to drain out from the pipe. The furnace vent exhaust allows smooth airflow through the stainless steel mesh screen. From the top edge to the bottom edge of the termination cap, a small inward curved slot runs along the outer part of the termination vent that helps with the flow of liquid condensation escape from the pipe. The PVC pipe can be connected with the mesh screen termination ends together with the adapter to ensure that the flow is uninterrupted. The stainless steel mesh vent cap can be easily fitted on any PVC or flexible elbow coupling or fitting (not included). The grade type of 304 stainless steel due to the corrosion resistance quality of the mesh screen provides the strength and durability to resist obstruction of leaves, debris and prevents wildlife from entering the wire screen pipe. The unique design of the mesh screen allows maximum airflow through the vent to discharge output effectively. Useful for residential or commercial applications. Please note that the PVC or flexible elbow coupling fitting is not included and must be purchased separately. The mesh screens for pipes is available in other sizes.

I purchased to cover my radon pipe as bats twice had found there way in and got killed by the fan. Luckily neither broke the fan as they are pricey. Plus, it was sad finding out that bats were getting stuck and dying. The piece fits well in the joint piece. This was easy solution and provided peace of mind.

I am using NDS sewer & drain 4" PVC pipe for ERV ducting. This is not SCH40 pipe but thinner wall sewer & drain pipe and fittings. This 4" screen fits inside an NDS hub by using a heat gun to soften the hub. It is not easy and it took me about an hour to achieve but it has worked out very neatly in the end, see photo. Once the hub is very warm / too hot to touch, I forced the screen (which has a solid pvc collar) into the hub perpendicularly to expand the hub while rotating it to expand the hub evenly all around. Repeating the heat and expand procedure many times eventually allows the screen into the hub. Once it is slightly inside evenly all around, it is much easier to continue heating and press it in all the way.This long turn elbow will be pointing downwards on the fresh air intake. I will not glue the elbow to the pipe so that the elbow can be easily removed for cleaning. I can reach the inside side of the screen through the removed elbow. Therefore it's fine that the screen is now stuck permanently in the hub just through friction with the warmed pvc.I have bought several of these screens in the past for air intakes and very happy with their quality and longevity. I point them down on air intakes where I can easily see and vacuum them every now and again. No screen on exhaust provided exhaust is in regular daily use to expel the bugs. In my case the ERV will be on 24x7.If PVC is in direct sunlight it needs to be painted to protect from UV.I don't know if the 3" size fits inside a 3" NDS hub but it's worth a shot.

It fits into a schedule 40 pvc coupling. We doped it up and shoved it in. I recommend for outside vent terminations. Good value!

Appears to be good quality. Fit perfectly into a 3" PVC elbow, and is easy enough to remove and reinsert if needed. Used this to provide a block against wildlife for a high efficiency furnace vent intake and exhaust.

Worked fine. Used to replace a cowl end that was very restrictive on the roof. Used a rubber coupler found at bunnings hardware in Australia to attach.

The 3 inch terminator vent can be positioned directly into a 3 inch GAS pipe fitting.I had installed a 3 inch SEWER pipe as an exhaust for a root cellar. I then purchased and glued a 4 inch to 3 inch gas pipe reducer over the 3 inch sewer coupling from Home Depot. (In my application this coupling was a 90 degree elbow.)

Received the critter guard, looks like a nice solid product. Well made with good stainless steel screen. Unfortunately the 4†is the outside diameter. It does not fit over the 4†pipe, so I had to return it.

I got the 4" screen for putting inside a pvc 90 degree fitting outside the house for a radon mitigation system. It does not fit 4" pvc. It doesn't fit in the fitting, nor does it fit over the pipe. It did however somewhat fit (loosely) inside a 4.5 inch abs 90 degree so I converted over from pvc after I exited the house wall and siliconed the screen into the abs 90... So yes it worked, but I had to monkey it together. It's not as described.
