This lineup of Pyle Power amps raises the bar when it comes to true sound quality. Get that sound you’ve been looking for with crisp music reproduction for any mobile audio environment.

Sound Specialization

These high-efficiency amplifiers host impressive power output wattage and are where form and function meet. Enjoy sound and performance enhancing features like Ohm specific stability, Mosfet power supply, PWM (Pulse-Width-Modulation) System, Glass Epoxy PCB, silver RCA inputs, custom terminal blocks for speaker connections, strong frequency response, and input impedance rates along with plenty more features that make the Pyle Power Series Amplifiers stronger than the competition.

Intelligent Design

Safety features include power and protection LED indicator; soft turn-on/off, thermal, overload and speaker-short protection. LED Indicator shows when the amplifier is powered up normally and when your system is experiencing a protection fault.

Pump it Up

Take advantage of the Bass EQ Boost and turn it up. Make adjustments to the Bass EQ settings until you achieve that extra amount of kick you’ve been waiting for.

Strong Sound – Powerful Style

The jet-black design leaves a clean finish on the fortified aluminum heat-sink. The stream-lined and high-tech appearance will definitely add some muscle to your audio.

Total Audio Control

Once you’re connected, customize and adjust your listening experience to your liking with the amplifier’s control center. You can personalize and fine-tune settings like:

  • Level (Gain) Control – These are basically volume controls. This will allow you to adjust the incoming signal to the amplifier so that it works well with your headunit or to match the level of other amplifiers in your system.
  • Phase - Allows you to change the relative time that the waveform meets your ear. With standard subwoofer installations where the subwoofer is behind you, the phase should generally be at O. When subwoofers or woofers are in the kick panels or door panels, an adjustment is useful in delaying the timing of the wave meeting your ear.
  • High-Pass Filter – The High Pass crossover is used for sending midrange and high frequency information to a particular speaker. Activate the High Pass crossover if you intend to drive satellite or coaxial speakers in the system along with subwoofers driven by the amplifier’s channels. Even if your system does not include subwoofers, it may be helpful to activate the High Pass with smaller speakers to protect them from low frequency information to achieve better sound.
  • Low-Pass Filter - Filters high frequencies out of the music and improves efficiency and sound quality by allowing only the low frequencies to pass to the subwoofer. Sends only low frequency information to particular speakers. Low Pass crossover activation is usually desired if you intend to power subwoofers.
  • Bass EQ - Variable from a range of decibel adjustments, this feature regulates the impact of your bass kick. You’ll have manual control over balancing and correcting the frequency range of a given sound.
  • Crossover Switch – Basically acts as a filter and limits selected frequencies going to a subwoofer, which gradually reduce frequency signal strength. Routes output of the Low Pass or the output of the High Pass filters, or ‘Full’ to the power amplifier.

*Please refer to table below for amplifier specific information and adjustment options.

Speaker Output Connections

Connect right and left speaker wire to corresponding speaker output terminals. Be sure to correctly connect the selected speaker wires to their respected speaker terminal, this includes both positive and negative wiring. Improper installation/wiring will result in the speaker cones to move out of phase which can cause bass cancellation.

Input Connections

These amplifiers have inputs for Low Level input connections. The Low Level signal is carried through RCA connection cables.

Alright, let's start out with what I've got. I drive an old '91 Ford Explorer. It's equipped with a , which is powering the two pairs of (If you haven't already, check out the review for them. They thump whilst delivering shimmering highs, and clear even mids). The sub I got is an old Sony Xplode 12", I mean old--this is before they made them into the pentagon shapes. I got it off craigslist for $50 bucks in a ported, Sub Zero enclosure. Before this Pyle amp I was under powering it with an old stock Ford amp (Probably putting out no more than 75 watts). It did the job filling out the lows, but it did not give me anything to brag about. After a while the old amp decided to start overheating and cutting on the real hard, deep tones. So, I decided to search for a new amp.I scoured the internet, and read multiple reviews about various products. I was looking for something cheap. It's not like I had a Rockford Fosgate, or an MB Quart. The old Sony shouldn't need much. It says the peak power is 1200W on the front of the sub. A lot of people in the reviews say it's not truly putting out 2000 watts. I figured 'screw it. It's $60 bucks.'So I ordered it.I got all of my stuff before the sub, so I had my 6x8's installed and ready to go. Just laid some cable for the preamp RCA's. I was ready to roll. Upon unboxing I had gave the amp a once over and came to a conclusion rather quickly; there's nothing aesthetically special about it. It's not ugly, but it's not pretty. There's the usual LPF, and HPF's on it. Again, nothing terribly special. Pretty status quo. The real surprise was when I hooked it up expecting a small boost.Holy crap. This thing is making my sub box come apart. My whole SUV shakes now. From just one cheap, old Sony Xplode.I had a couple of friends whom had sworn on Autobahn, or Alpine amps marveling at the sound, power, and clarity of this cheap Pyle amp. There's only a few things wrong with this:1. It gets hot. Real hot. Make sure to keep it out in the open, and away from the sun.2. With two subs it sounds like crap. I don't know why. I gleaned the info from a review I read before buying, tried it out myself and sure enough, it sounds like it's reverse phased. Run it bridged. So, I took a gamble, and I feel I came out on top. The rumble this thing puts out is amazing. Coupled with my deck, and my 6x8 pioneers, one can easily hear me coming from down the road, even at moderate volumes. I listen to a wide variety of music, from Combichrist, to Michael Bublé, the Rent Soundtrack, to The Avett Brothers. Everything sounds amazing with this set-up. If you're looking for a cheap amp to get the job done, I'd recommend this to anyone looking to save some cash, while still maintaining quality.

Having suffered a long time without a proper amplifier, (Power Acoustik Crypt Series, 2000W Mono-block outputs fried in 8 months, leaving my two 12 inch Infinity subs cold and neglected) I found this. Initially worried it wouldn't change a thing, I hooked it up quickly (inputs for power, and speakers are at a near 45 degree angle, making it nice to not have to pull the entire amp/box out to re-wire) with better sound quality than the Power Acoustik amp, or any I have had prior. It has good safety specs (Short circuit, thermal and overload protection), a pretty comprehensive sound control layout (turn dials for HPF, LPF, crossover controls for full range, LPF, and HPF, and gain and bass knobs) and a sleek, small look that is nice just to look at. It also boasts that it is bridgeable, which I don't really need to do but with most amps, bridging either void warranties or it isn't recommended by the manufacturer. The only minor faults are that the protection/power light are on the rear, making it hard to check unless opening my trunk. Additionally, the turn dials are fit to be turned with a phillips screwdriver, rather than a flathead- which will only make it a little longer (maybe 5 seconds) of a process if you don't remember where you set the dials. Also, using one speaker sounds a hell of a lot better- with two it almost sounds like they are reverse phased.I see a lot of bad reviews for fire, and overheating. Usually blown fuses are a problem in the wiring that you yourself do. The music I listen to has a wide range of highs and lows, mainly Nine Inch Nails, and scores for films by Marco Beltrami (The score for Scream is a prime example), and it makes them sound like a whole new listening experience.Other bad reviews claim that the amp is underpowered compared to what it is rated at. Almost every amplifier is, my 2000W monoblock only pushed 860W RMS. Educate yourself, please. Products like Sony, and Pioneer are 'higher end' and do the same thing, with their subwoofers, head units, and amps. If you dont get 1000W(!!!) per speaker, save your money and busy a $500 3000W Rockford Fosgate or something.I heard a lot of good things about Pyle and now I will also be singing their praises. It's hard enough to find a reliable, cheap 2-ohm amp, let a lone one that is as sleek, safe, and convenient as this one is. Thumbs up.

Ok so first I connected it to a single sub Bridge mode and it would go into protect mode after playing for a little bit, then I realized that my sub is a 2 ohm so I connected it stereo mode and its been playing without any problems, I was going to send it back but I'm keeping it hopefully it doesn't give me problems later on.

There is a YouTube video for this amp. Watch it because it tests this item. If you want to power low wattage speakers, this amp is for you. If you want to power a single 6" or 8" subwoofer, this amplifier lacks in power. This amplifier is marketed at 2000 watts max but doesnt get close. The sticker on the bottom of the amp reads a different RMS capability that if quadrupled, doesn't come close to 1000 RMS or 2000 max.I have 2 10" skar subs that only disappoint because I get 150 watts RMS with this at 4ohm bridged or 2ohm each. False advertising and terrible product regardless.

i got the amp for 50 bucks and i was happy with the price, i got it within three day of purchase. I dont think that the amp is a true 2000 watt amp, it doesnt push too hard, but it pulls a lot of power, i would recomend getting a capacitor.

Have it set to bridged 4ohm mono at 1000w (4 ohm =2x1000w). Sounds amazing connected to a 1200w 12" Pioneer sub.Great amp for the price.
