The deck has EXCELLENT sound quality. Cassette to .mp3 on computer flawlessly. But......1. The cords and cables are WAY too short.2. I got immediate LIVE customer service at 3:00 a.m., and it was excellent help. But an earlier Email request for help was totally ignored.3. A small thing, but the tape counter doesn't work.4. Rather than 2 RCA to RCA cables, how about an RCA to computer jack? Fortunately I had one.

Pyle cassette deck pt 659du, I was shocked at how good it sounds, I use it for dj purposes and the sound for the price I paid you can't beat it, it could have been better, like the tape counter is set for three digits instead of four so when it gets to 999 it rolls over and you don't get a accurate time, also deck A dosen't start deck B when it's finished, the cool thing is you can transfer tape to computer, I have pro DJ equipment and it sounds like sound source you are using, I don't know about home systems, but for the money it is a great tape deck, pyle makes good quality equipment so I'm happy with it

The product was delivered before the scheduled delivered date which was great. It is b/c we are in Brooklyn. The sounds were better than expected. I expected the user guide how to copy tapes to computer included. I had to Google it to find the Audacity software. The manual should include this.
