I am moving house and wanted to take my Paradigm SA-15's with me. These were $400 plus ceiling speakers and I had then set up for surround at front / back and left / right. Also had three in the kitchen. First impressing opening the box were not great but then unfair to compare to the Paradigm's. Definitely a cheaper quality but not at all bad and pretty good for 20 bucks. Easy to install in my existing holes as same size. I was very surprised by the sound quality - a little tinnier sounding than the Paradigm's but overall very good for surround and music. When I put my Paradigm speakers in I built in ceiling speaker boxes for them out of marine ply and filled with a baffle material. Perhaps this helped a lot with the sound but these Pyle speaker are fantastic value.

I bought these to use a remote room speakers. If you're looking for lots of bass, these are not what you want. They are advertised as "midbass", meaning they are mid range speakers. The sound quality is great, and can be improved by running the source signal through a graphic equalizer to even them out a bit.A little advice: always run these speakers through an impedance matching volume control in each room. This will keep the proper load on your amp, and allow the speakers to work much better. For the price I have no complaints. These were installed in a new house (16 in total) and I boxed each one in so that it had a baffle. Measured my box centers and after the drywall cut the holes with a circle saw . They look great and sound good as well. They are used as a smart home application and connected to multiple audio sources, including ceiling mounted Amazon Dot's, HD-Radio and 2 iPods with wall mounted controls in each room. I would buy them again and can recommend them to anyone wanting to add some audio in a room. I'm running just 35 watts of power to them so I can't say how much they will handle, but they are plenty loud for me.

Best product out there for new Construction, remodeling or adding to your home after the fact.Simply get in you attic, runs some speaker wires, cut the hole out of your desired location in the sheetrock, and there you go. Amazing sound q.
