This Cassette deck is a much bigger upgrade from my old Shoebox one I bought a little while ago now. It still has some issues.First and foremost I bought this for recording mixtapes, my car has a stereo with a cassette player and i think these are just fun to use. Thus when I bought this I had expected the Noise Reduction feature to work for recording cassettes, It doesn't. However it dose work when you are playing a tape encoded With DNR B (Dolby Noise Reduction Type B.) If you are trying to record a tape with DNR encoded audio then all is not lost, if you have a PC you can get the application DDi Codec. This will let you encode your music files with DNR B or C, It is an extra 15$ though. As for the Playback, I have no complaints. Both deck A & B work well and playing a DNR tape with noise reduction works as well. To add Highspeed dubbing on this works quite well, no complaints. For the Build its so so. The decks themself are okay, the buttons are flimsy which is my main concern. when I depress the record / play buttons on deck B I can see a large amount of flexing. On the positive it seems its not going to be a problem as it doesn't bend far enough to permanently bend. Also it should be noted that its Pretty light, This seems like a problem but I've found that you can move the deck when trying to press the record button on Deck B.Overall its pretty good for 140$ but don't expect miracles

Not a bad dual tape deck for the price range however it does NOT fit into ANY standard 19†rack system. The ears they included are to short in width because when they are attached the over width is 18.5†and the unit cannot be mounted as described in their add. More than one model are advertised with rack mounts and they are not useable as well. So disappointing, I contacted the chat person when registering my purchase and they told me my model didn’t come with rack mounts even the their own advertisement and the very box it comes in clearly states that it is rack mountable and comes with mounting brackets. I wonder if Pyle USA understands false advertisement. Their name best describes what I received, a 💩 Pile!

It seems people are on the fence in regards to Pyle electrons: you love them or hate them. Before I bought this unit I was undecided. But now having purchased this deck (plus an amplifier) i find the quality excellent. The deck produces a realistic sound during playback and makes excellent recordings (with a high end tape). I highly recommend. Great value for the price.

This product has been very good. Sometimes tapes are difficult to put in and close to play.

I love this cassette deck with dual cassette. It produces great sound quality and is very easy to use. Easy to hook up to any stereo receiver. I highly recommend this Pyle Dual cassette deck as well as any Pyle products.

It showed up later than usual. But that's ok. Better late than never. Lol. I just hooked it up. It works! What else can I say? I don't have any blank tapes to try to record something.

After buying a Pyle mixer and speakers, figured I would try this tape deck, The tape player worked initially but after just over a month deck A plays all slow and wobbly, deck B still plays fine for the time being.
