I installed this on a Sam's Club Member's Mark MONARCH4ALP grill (manufactured by Grand Hall in 2004). It fits, but just barely. The rack is about 3/4 inch longer from front to back than the original rack and that's where it just barely fists. On the other hand, this rack is about 2-1/2 inches shorter from side to side than the original rack. That doesn't matter since about 4 inches of the original rack just sits under the smoking chip tray.Another review mentioned that this rack is not austenitic (i.e. the rack is magnetic), which I agree is not ideal, but the original rack is also magnetic.The photo shows the new rack lined up and sitting on top of the old rack so you can see where it's longer and shorter.

Not as long as the original but the smoking box does not need to be completely covered.

Mostly the rack works as advertised. I gave it 3 stars for easy to install because the front to back rods were too long to fit the way the OEM one did. It would have worked the way it was but I chose to grind about 10mm off each rod so it would fit all the way down to the original location.

The product fit was a little tight but did fit the grill. It looks well made and sturdy but only time willtell after much use. Otherwise I think this is just what was needed as a replacement part.

Pretty good fit! Not perfect but will definitely do the job! Easy to install and seems like it’s made of good quality. Only time will tell but for now it’s close to OEM
