I used this to convert a skid steer mounted stump grinder. So far it works great and allows me to use the stump grinder on any machine with just a 12v power connection instead of worrying about matching up proprietary connectors.

Worked great for one day. Came in the next day and it wasn't working. Noticed the .5 amp fuse was blown and replaced it. Still dead. No lights or anything. I didn't get a chance to wire it up in the 30 day return window and there is no warranty. :(
