My set arrived without the correct end to the slide & I was pretty upset because my grandson was coming the next day. I reached out to them and they were prompt in their response and offered several solutions. The product is nice & durable and my grandbaby loves it, so that is a win! I bought this for my great grand daughter for Christmas. It was a big hit. She wants to be on it all the time. Easily assembled and the only thing missing was the seat belt. They really need it because she is only a year old. Great gift for the money.

I was VERY disappointed when I saw this package sitting outside my home. I told myself if all the pieces were there and nothing was damaged that I would keep it. Thankfully, all the pieces were there and nothing was damaged. The assembly was easy and my daughter is happy with it. It's small enough to stay inside but we specifically purchased it for the backyard. I'm glad it worked out.

It came with an important piece missing for the base so can't be used.
