I was really disappointed in this item initially. The first one I ordered was poorly made. The pieces didn’t fit together correctly so assembly was a challenge. I sent an email with photos to customer service and I received a response within a couple of hours and had a new rocking horse within 1 week. This one was easy to assemble and my granddaughter loves it. It sings and swishes its tail, it’s so cute.

I purchased this for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift a few years ago it was still very sturdy and looked great even after she outgrew it and she played on it a lot good value for the money

Cannot assemble it as bolt are bent. Seller went above and beyond to fix it and help with return.

I live in Malaysia and my father bought one of these 12 years ago & it’s still working. So when I saw this on amazon, I knew I had to get it for my nephew and it is exactly the same. It’s sturdy, it looks good and has a button for a song.

Read the other reviews. Really shoddy. The screw/bolt to insert one of the side handles wasn’t there. The one that was there didn’t have a hole in the fabric to screw in the handle. It was hard to get the legs into the base. The holes in the rocking base are aligned straight but the bolts in the legs are slightly angled. The bolts that come out of the legs were a little rusty. The sounds are very very loud with no option to set to a lower volume.4-hour update: the stitching started coming off one of the legs already.

Loved this horse. My grandson who is 17 months loved it too. Horses swinging tail gives it a realistic touch and it sings too. Didn't know what I was getting and this horse turned out to be the best Christmas gift for my grandson. Ride'm Cowboy!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves it Both ears do a different noise. She loves the tail wagging with the singing, and also with the horse running. You will not be disappointed buying this product
