the product works exactly as described. Everything was included. It was easy to put the wand together and very easy to use. I'm extremely happy with the product as I had been looking for something like this for quite awhile!

I have some back issues so not having to bend down to clean baseboards is a real plus. Works as advertised I spray a little Windex on the wall baseboard wipe it down... Good to go. Swivel at the base could be a little better but would highly recommend

I can't even remember the last time I wrote a review, but this product is worth it's weight in gold! Cleaning baseboards down on hands and knees has never been a fun job, but after a knee injury it's near impossible. This allows you to stand up and get the job done well. Assemble as instructed (easy instructions) and then you're off and running to get clean baseboards without bending down. It also has other uses, which I haven't tried yet, but just the baseboard cleaning is enough to make me love it!

Ok. Unnecessary. I could do the same thing with a broom and cleaning rag. But, I bought it for cleaning the tile behind my stove. It works okay, but it’s hard to put the pressure on it to really get greasy dust off. If the pad was thicker and fluffier it would work much better. Haven’t tried it on windows but I don’t exspect it to do any better as the windows are tall and the angle it’s almost impossible to.

I am a sucker for cleaning products and wasn't sure if this would be another swiffer-like product. It isn't. The way the head pivots and stays in place makes it so easy to clean baseboards, walls, around doorframe, and to use on molding. I even sprayed it with cleaner and used it on the hood above the stove and it cleaned it so easily. I love that the cleaning pads are washable and that there are two textures.

I had been noticing baseboards for some reason. You know how it is... you see a dirty baseboard and you think, "Gee, I need to clean those things! " But then you think, "Oh crap... I am NOT getting down there on my hands and knees with a cloth, a bucket of water and some cleaning spray or liquid."Enter THIS gadget!Assembly took 2 tries because I kept NOT getting the foam rubber grip in the right place on the pole. Once that little detail was taken care of, it was ridiculously simple. And, of course, I *immediately* ran to find a dirty baseboard to try it out on. I sprayed some "409" cleaner on the cloth (which attaches with velcro) and started cleaning baseboards all over the place. SO SIMPLE!! SO EFFECTIVE!!! And I was a little embarrassed to realize how DIRTY those baseboards actually WERE after I'd swiped them with this gadget.And all of this, standing up straight and just applying a little pressure as I pushed and pulled it along those baseboards.When I was a kid, my mom made me and my brother get down on hands and knees every month or two and clean baseboards. I don't recall exactly how much time that took, but it certainly blew my Saturday mornings away. Now I do ALL the baseboards (or all I can reach, at least) in about 45 minutes or less.

I really like this item. Makes cleaning so much easier. Able to get into small spaces. Long handle is a bonus. I would recommend to all.

Mein Gatte hat die Hände über den Kopf zusammen geschlagen, weil ich mal wieder in seinen Augen etwas Unnützes gekauft habe. Aber jetzt nutzt er das Reinigungsgerät täglich, weil ihm die leichte Handhabung gefällt. Wir haben eine große Dusche und ab und an sollte man die Fließen auch mal richtig putzen- und nicht nur nach dem Duschen abziehen. Das mit einem Lappen oder Schwamm zu machen ist mir zu mühselig. Dieses Gerät reinigt schnell, ist wendig und es dauert keine 5 Minuten die Dusche zu reinigen. Es sind auch Pads für die Wände dabei. Auch sehr praktisch. Also, alles im allem alles andere als sinnlos. Die Qualität steht der guten Haptik in nichts nach.
