The enclosure came on time and was boxed up nicely. My Infinity Kappas from the 90s fit well without bottoming out. They sit about 1/4 inch above flush on the outside and that was perfect because, and yes you have to remove the carpet and yes it says so in the description, after the enclosure was set in place there is about 1/2 in gap between itself and the bottom of the seat. My seat is one piece and I removed it to take the carpet out from under it but I didn't have to lift it up any when I reinstalled it.I'm glad the speaker terminals weren't glued in place because they are in a spot that is hard to get to from inside,, and by sliding them out you can wire them effortlessly and glue them in place yourself. For the price they're asking it's a 5 star box -you cannot beat it.

Did not fit... at all! It stuck out so far that I couldn't even get the seat more than halfway down. Just awful. And when it came time to return it, it was going to cost me $180 for packing and shipping, which is $50 more than I even paid for the item. I contacted their customer service and told them "hey, this item is defective and I'll be losing money to ship it back". They replied by basically telling me I'm out of luck and they are in no way obligated to help me. SO BE WARNED! This box apparently fit for some people, but if it doesn't, like a lot of other people (myself included), you're on your own and you'll be eating the cost for it. Their customer service does NOT care. There are websites online you can go to that will ship out to you way faster for just a few dollars more and the box is bigger, fits perfectly and is much better quality! Plus, if there's a problem, the customer service will work with you, unlike these people who will just leave you high and dry. Trust me... just look online and save yourself the money and the headache!

I have a 2013 dodge ram quad cab, the short second door version not the full size door for people who were confused like me. This box fits great except yes, you have to cut the carpet or remove it completely, which is what i chose to do. You also have to raise the back seats up an inch or two to gave clearance for the back most part of the seats and the box to fit together. I cut two pieces of 2x4's and drilled holes in them and found some two inch longer bolts, I painted the 2x4's black and everything is solid and safe. This box is the only and best option after doing a lot of research and with a $200 limit for a budget on sub boxes.I first tried to use QBombs ported box that's covered in Ryno liner but it was way to big on depth and length/width which wouldn't allow me to make the 2x4 adapters to raise the seat and the depth came too far forward, leaving no room for the back floorboard and passengers feet. The first pic shows the clearance on the width/length of the box with the carpet removed. The second picture shows the lack of clearance between the depth of the box with the carpet removed and the seats all the way down. The third pic shows the Qbomb ported and ryno lined box that didn't work for me.Hope this helps

It fits under the rear seat is its best point but this box isn't very solid it flexes especially in the center robbing the subs of output by 50 % or more it's glued together not nailed or screwed and no internal bracing so it really vibranted even and low volume anything above low bass was noisy and sounded just awful I finally just measured and glued in wooden braces to try to stop the box flexibility and it helped some but I lost valuable airspace I'm using low profile woofers 10in so it's ok for now for the money but not the time spent of modifying the box just to make it usable

Snug fit but looks great and the seats fold all the way down. You can also install an amp behind the enclosure as there is about 8 inches between the enclosure and rear wall of the truck.

Fits fairly loose under seat but still in place... if you know whay im sayn Not their fault but ive put 2 10" planet audios 1500 (Just fit for depth ) and seems there is not enought air volume and t not a ported box but heres also no space under seat to give more over all im happy to have extra bass bumpin in the truck .
