It is the perfect size for most of my projects. It holds the aids material very well and doesn’t give me any problems! I highly recommend for anyone who is getting sick of holding a hoop!

I can't remember how I stumbled upon this gem, but wow- these are so much better than a traditional embroidery hoop! They are easy to put together, your work easily clamps into the frame, and even though the directions state not to keep your fabric in the frame when not in use I have and not had any issues with fabric warping, etc.Another tip for cross stitchers and embroiderers- get two different size frames and you can make custom sizes. I am working on a rectangular cross stitch piece and put together the 6 inch and 11 inch to make a rectangular frame. When the fabric in the frame looses it's "tautness", just roll the clamps towards the back and you get the tension right back where you need it.

They are a Q-Snap frame and work perfectly for my Cross Stitch!If the clamps are a bit tight and firm (as it needs to be) use a thin piece of fabric between the canvas and the clamp so you don't damage the canvas (aida, linen, etc) The frame holds the canvas really well - so much better than the wooden or plastic hoops.

I bought one of these frames from a local craft store, but it was a different brand. I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get my fabric taught. Turns out, it was terrible quality. The quality of the one I purchased here is leaps and bounds above the one I bought in the store. It keeps the fabric tight, and the plastic pieces are very sturdy! I’m an old school wooden hoop enthusiast, and didn’t think I’d prefer a snap frame. However, I’m really liking this one! I highly recommend this brand!

A little different from the hoops I am used to. Holds firm and easy to adjust. I can see how this would work well for larger pieces. Have found it a little fussy to work around Surface embroidery but I’m sure I’ll figure it out.

I have seen these around but didn't think it would hold well. It keeps work taut even better than any hoop I have used. Very even tension, release tension by rotating holding bars, no need to pull off every time.

This thing is AMAZING! So much easier to use than a hoop, and it holds your fabric nice and taut.
