I am a beginner who has only done one bookmark, then embarked on an enormous 200x100 stitch “Great Wave†project.This frame was pretty easy to assemble. It didn’t mark my fabric, hasn’t seemed to over-stretch or otherwise damage it, and was intuitive to assemble and attach. It’s reasonably light, but I can still maybe only do 100-150 stitches before my hands get sore, but hard to say if this is the frame or just my lack of experience.It’s a good size for a project of my scope, though I vaguely wish I did 10x10 instead of 8x8. Workable though for sure.Overall, pretty psyched to have this, and it’s way way better than the wooden hoop I was using before. That one I had to move more frequently and left more markings and wrinkling on my pattern.

This is not my first QSnap, I needed a smaller size. They hold up well and are easier to hold than a typical hoop.

These hold the fabric tight. Worked well for embroidery. Very easy to assemble and stretch fabric. I like that the parts are interchangeable to accommodate different sized pieces. A bit tricky to get my floor stand to hold in place.

If interested in trying I recommend only this brand!Inside the clamps of fabric keeps the fabric tight. Not all of them have those ridges.

I just did a months long cross stitch project. Kept my fabric tight and it was so convenient. Working on a new project and it’s loosened up and not holding my fabric tight anymore. I’m constantly reclipping the fabric and trying to tighten it. Not sure why it didn’t last
