Love this product. Its a little difficult to use, moving the phone on and off while riding, but over all its super solid, doesn't bounce, and secures my phone nicely on my bike. Stoked.

Quad lock is a garbage company. They don’t take responsibility for their screw ups and are intent on blaming the shipping companies. They know damn well a shipment going coast to coast will take longer than 4 days yet they send it ground anyway. I can’t do business with shady companies.
