Sounds horrible, this is my first attempt with this company (PelletHead and Earthsense). This company has the same product (812-4421 Auger Feed Motor) listed many times, at different prices, and with different photos. One shows the OEM motor with a bracket (not this particular listing, but the second Auger I bought) and motor, but it shipped to me as the same auger motor as this listing...cheap aftermarket. Others may be good, but I've had two bad ones in a row from them, and the other listing is misleading. This one was not, but still the same crappy product.

I liked this motor because it was a direct replacement for my pellet stove feed auger. The mounting screw holes lined up perfectly as did the shaft drive & set screw. The pellet stove was up and running in a matter of minutes.I did not like how long it took to ship. 12 working days from the first day after the order went in.

Great part. Working good. Only feedback I have is when I opened the package envelope the feed motor had fallen out of its original box through shipping. Appears to be okay. Need to tape up the box.

I only gave this 2 stars. For some reason we need a new auger every winter. Last winter we replaced it twice. Not sure if it’s the stove or the auger quality

The auger motor was easy to change out and the new one is actually a 6W compared to the old one being a 4W. Provides more torque for turning that auger. My old auger motor was 20 years old,still worked but would jam if the hopper was full at times. The new one works great with a full hopper,not expecting any issues for years to come. My pellet stove is a 2004 Quadra fire ,Santa Fe. The Pellethead auger is well worth the purchase.

Auger motor fit my early 2000s quadrafire santa fe pellett stove. Wire harness plugged right in, no need to use the other supplied half of harness with the 3 butt splice pig tails coming off it. Just simply unplug old harness from auger motor and plug in new one. Motors quite and seems to run smoothly. All motor mounting screws aligned up perfectly. Perfect fit.
