Easy to use with an appropriate-sized funnel. But expect to wait several hours for the liquid to filter. But that's what it's supposed to do.

Filter paper does the job as advertised a little bit on a smaller side

It works okay, especially for small amounts of fluid, but the pores get clogged fairly quickly and the filtration process slows way down if there are larger amounts of fluid. For example, we were recently filtering a slurry of dried green peas from a blender in order to extract DNA. We only have 1 1/2 hours for lab, so the filtration step was definitely a bottleneck for time. We ended up using coffee filters to speed up the process. Maybe a fast filter paper for the first go-through and then this product for a second filtration? I still kinda wish I had gotten larger diameter and faster filter paper for high school labs. This product is probably better for more meticulous science or a fluid that doesn't have many solid particles in it.

I didn't expect much when I bought these cheap filters but was surprised to find they were firm and performed as advertised, unlike a lot of Chinese rebrands. Good value for the money. I'll definitely buy again.

I originally tried the 9 cm medium flow (blue/white packaging) as a replacement filter in my old Krupps Moka brew ….. they worked but the flow rate was less than half that of the discontinued Melita No 1 disc filters and I was concerned about damaging the coffee maker over time because it pressure filters the coffee.I recently got these, the 9 cm fast flow filters and they are perfect! The rate is nearly the same as the discontinued Melita filter!Thank you!!

Questo filtro è di buona qualità , il grado 4 in particolare non è veramente rapido ma il risultato che si ottiene risulta più che valido. Provato con liquidi leggermente più densi (ad esempio sciroppo di acqua e zucchero) presenta una lentezza più accentuata nel filtraggio.
