We use this for a classroom environment where it has to be used one day a week and then taken down and stored. It is sturdy and not prone to tipping.

Ordered 4 of these for a meeting. Have ordered Quartet Futura Easels in the past and the quality was good (that's why I reordered). Of the 4 received, only 1 is usable. The weld holding the easel leg brackets was faulty on 3 boards. Also, the holes for the screws that hold the whiteboard in the frame were too close to the edge of the board so the whiteboard slides out of the frame. These are a mess and a huge waste of money!

The shipping: It took three attempts to ship this to have it NOT be Dead On Arrival. This whiteboard is HEAVY. (Which is why I love it, its nice and sturdy) but it needs to be properly packed for shipping to withstand a UPS mans bad day. The first two orders I had to send back to amazon because they arrived totally smashed.. the outside boxes and the product within. Third try was a charm though!I have had this whiteboard for 5 years and it has held up beautifully, and I have loved it so much that I purchased another one as a gift.Pros: -It is STURDY! You will not have to worry about knocking this over by pushing on it, tripping on it or having a small child yanking on it. - it is adjustable!! - writes and erases great. - price is reasonable for a quality product. - it looks cool.Cons: -Its HEAVY! not so great for having it being shipped in one piece. also its heavy to lug around if you are transporting for a display board. - the tray for holding markers is too small.. I bought a stick on bucket tray (for storage of all the colors and accessories) - it is NOT magnetic. Which would have been cool for magnets and stuffOverall: I love this board and would buy it again and would recommend it. I give it four stars just because the shipping was a major pain in the butt.

We are very pleased with the portable dry-erase easel from Quartet. It is well made, multi-functional, and just the right size!

I was really hopeful and looking forward to this whiteboard, especially because I purchased it for 150 USD. The paint and metal quality is terrible. The item seems like the bottom of the barrel materials were used and the manufacturer said "Just put it on the shelf. someone will buy it." I tried refunding the product and apparently the item is not "eligible for return". I just threw away 150 dollars. I loved Quartet and a lot of their products as far as boards and markers go, but this is blatantly disrespectful. Do NOT buy this board if you value your money. That's all.

We purchased three of these and the place to lower or raise the chart is broken already on two of the three.

We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and didn't need any tools to put together.

Pros:It's sturdy, especially compared to tripodsAll metal frameIt collapses well and is easy to carry, thanks to a strategically placed crossbarScrew-in clamp holds paper charts very securelyIt's relatively cheap, so good valueCons:Not as well built or as heavy as some of its more expensive counterpartsTabs that keep legs extended are not well engineered (I foresee replacing mine with short bolts)Shorter than many competitors (67" when extended, but you then lean that 67" over)Screw-in clamps for charts is slow to screw in and out (no spring-loaded clamps here)Pen tray is very small and sticks out just enough to make storage problematic, I ditched mine

En plus de ses multiples fonctionnalités, il sert de flip chart, de tableau, on peut écrire sur le tableau blanc. Très robuste il se déménage facilement pour des présentations.

We currently have two of these flip charts and they are amazing to use during conferences, seminars and small group discussions.

The Quartet Futura is sturdy and collapsible down to a size that fits into my car. That is an important feature for me. Seldom if ever use it as a whiteboard, use it almost 100% as a flip chart stand. With a four-legged design it is quite stable, unlike lightweight tripod designs which, in my experience, are terrible for anything other than holding signage. If you plan to move it around as I do, keep the box. Cut a rectangular hole on the back side immediately below the crossbar. Makes carrying it a breeze!
