how to use our countertop repair kit
1. Clean the surface before use to keep the base clean, dry and free from grease, and remove any rust spots.
2.Put the adhesive and hardener together, and mix the two in a ratio of 10:1. Then apply the mixture to the damaged area and smooth it out..
3. Allow 3 hours to dry completely, then sand the repaired area.
4.Work Done!
would work perfectly on: nicks, chips, gouges, or scratches in granite, marble porcelain, corian, travertine, enameled surfaces and other natural stone and acrylic surfaces. After sanding and polishing the repaired area, it will be almost entirely long-lasting repair result. Never pay for expensive countertop repairs again.

I needed to repair a hole where a pebble fell out of my smooth quartz shower wall. I ordered the clear version of the product and uses painter’s tape to protect the area around the hole and used one long strip below it to protect against any drips or strings from the mixture. I used all of the nozzles that came in the kit since the mixture would drip after a few minutes and I wanted to make sure the hole was filled completely. The smell was not nearly as bad as other reviewers claimed. I let it set for 3 hours and then used the 2 included sanding pads. I was worried about scratches but since I used painter’s tape, there was no scratching. The smoother pad was really just for the final polish. It turned out amazingly well as you can see in my photos. The only way I could tell that I patched the hole is if I shine a UV flashlight on it and then it glows white. I will definitely use this product again when I need to do any future patches.

I needed to repair a chip in a brand new counter top. A cast iron pan clipped the edge while being put into the sink. Looked around at various repair systems and service companies. Decided to try the repair myself and chose this system. It comes with plenty of the two part epoxy, probably enough for 100 type repairs. Chose the black color because there we lots of black splotches in the stone. The instructions were simple to understand. Cleaned the crack well and made sure it was dry. Taped the area. Mixed up the epoxy and spread it across the chip. 3 hours later took the tape off and sanded it with the supplied 800 grit and 1000 grit sand paper. Wiped off the dust from sanding and you can see the results in the pictures. I put the pen in the second picture so you could see the repair. My wife inspected it and couldn't find the repair. This is a great product and did EXACTLY what it said it would do.

I used this for a chip on the corner of our new quartz countertop. It’s easy enough to use. I followed the directions and happy enough with the results.It smells horribly — I recommend wearing a respirator.Tip: don’t cover your tape and let it sit. I did and I had to sand and sand to get the trapped tape off.Tip: careful when sanding. I recommend leaving the tape (that you didn’t cover with material) adding either more tape or some barrier to just up to the material. Then sanding. Sanding obviously scratches/dulls the countertop shine. It’s not super noticeable but I wish I would have been a little more careful.

The Good = Good instructions and all the goodies you need to do the repair are included in the box.The Bad = This Doesn't seem to work well on edges, had two edges of the counter chip and after following instructions when i sanded it down the whole repair come off twice, looks like it would work better for a chip in the middle of the counter.The Ugly = It has a very strong smell when applying, but goes away when its dry.

I almost never right reviews, but i feel I have to for this product as it almost sent me to the ER. Now I am an artist and have experience with toxic fumes but didn't realize the degree this product contained. I didn't see anything stating to use a respirator and i pored about the same amount of chemical composition as was shown in the demo video. When I started to mix the product i noticed a strong smell so I opened the windows. It started getting worse so I went outside to continue mixing the mixture (which recommends 2 min) but it was getting worse, I tried the best I could to get through the mixing and applying processes so I could let it be. I quickly noticed though feeling very ill (an experience I am familiar with when not using proper PPE with chemicals). I started feeling very sick to my stomach and my throat in a lot of pain. This lasted until the next day and I had all the windows open in my place. I honestly thought I was going to need to go to the ER for using about a gram of the product. I strongly do not recommend using this, I am in my 20's and still having some symptom the same day. I honestly would like an apology by the company

I ordered this kit to repair a couple of chips in my kitchen countertop. Everything you need for small repair jobs of granite, marble and quartz finishes. The tube of adhesive doesn't have ounces on it, but it's about the size of a small toothpaste. Be sure to use ratio of 10:1 of the adhesive (10) and hardener (1) and wait 24 hours before sanding. The instructions were easy to follow and my countertop looks like new again. You can’t even tell it was ever damaged!

My countertop got chipped within three months of a remodel and after MONTHS of calling the countertop people to come repair the chip, I gave up and bought this. Color is not an exact match but happy with the result and that the chip is way way less noticeable.Be aware that the smell is awful when you mix the product. I got a headache from using it, so I would advise having all the windows open and maybe even a fan going. Mine was also pretty watery so it took two nights of filling it to get this result.

Kit de réparation acheté afin de réparer une petite cavité sur un comptoir de quartz. Il s'agit de mélanger 2 produits en tube (rapport1:10) puis de l'introduire à l'endroit à réparer. Le tout s'est bien déroulé sauf que vs devez procéder de la bonne façon... Je partage ainsi mon expérience acquise et faisant à 2 reprises cette réparation. La première application n'a pas été un succès car l'ajout de ce produit excédait la ligne du comptoir. Il y avait donc un petit ronflement qui dépassait cette cavité et la ligne du comptoir. Puis, en tentant de retirer cet excès en utilisant une lame de rasoir classique, et parce que le produit sèche assez rapidement, du moins en périphérie, j'ai retiré toute le produit qui était dans la cavité.... disons qu'il en restait un peu. Deuxième tentative, l'idée est d'en ajouter avec l'aide d'un cure-dent afin de ne pas dépasser la ligne du comptoir. Une fois suffisamment séché, il devient plus facile de retirer l'excès du produit avec une la me de rasoir. Le résultat est parfait et c'est l'expérience acquise. Le papier sablé fournit n'est d'aucune utilité car le produit devient beaucoup trop dur et il ne parvient pas à sabler l'excès. Voilà et compte tenu du résultat obtenu, je recommande ce produit.

I wore the regular hospital mask and a fabric mask but the smell was still unbearable. I didn't sand it but just use drywall scrapper to remove the excess after 1hr because I was afraid If I were to sand it the dusk will into my lungsbefore using this, consider doing it in a open area with your Windows open with respirator mask.I feel bad for the workers that makes this product.

A bit tricky to get the consistency, but once you have it and the product dries, it looks pretty good. Used on two small nicks in my quartz countertop and you can’t see them easily unless you are looking for them. I would caution about the sandpaper though, left some marks on the countertop around the area. Overall quite happy with it so far.

Works great, finish looks good and solid. Be carefull while sanding it down once its dry because the sanding paper they give leaves scratches on the countertop if you sand to much. Might have to polish around the repair, but overall it works great.
