I do like it because after using it in different places in my apt. And after opening windows to bring air into my place it feels clean and disinfected. The great thing is that it has a remote so you can turn on the lamp at a distance and the good thing is that it has a beeping sound when it starts

After one month of use, I decided to check on it. I turned it on for 15 minutes and then decided to watch it for a few minutes from a distance, and to my surprise it only stayed on for a few seconds. I checked it on other time settings and got the same results. It is simply a junk.

If infact it does what it says ,and the smell is the byproduct of it its definitely working don't know if it worked or not but I'd rather smell chlorine than mold

10 seconds is the longest it stays on. Straight up junk! If negative stars were a thing this would get all of them. Now o have to drive this thing to ups to send it back! Wtf how can I block this store?Received full refund thank you!

I used the device twice: by test and exposing a lightly contaminated by mold site under roof, following up clear the area. Good experience with operation the unit, just remember - motion detector works really well. Hope to use the UV periodically.

Device has a 60 min runtime setting. LEDS light on the base to show you which runtime setting (15, 30, 60 mins) is selected (by pushing the start button multiple times). The 15 and 30 min setting work fine. However, after the first few uses, the 60 min LED no longer lights regardless of weather time set from the base or the remote control. Even though the 60min LED doesn’t light, it starts — but runs less than 15 minutes before shutting off in the same run and conditions as when the other settings are selected (and it runs for the full time). When queried via Amazon’s messaging, the vendor, suggests using the 30 minute setting twice instead of replacing the device. Wrong. That is not customer service — it’s broken on one setting so use the other ones multiple times. Don’t have the original packaging. Will return to Amazon anyway as my 30 days is not yet up.
