Instructions are simple diagrams which may be hard for someone without a left handed screw driver.Many reviews say nuts are missing, however, the last crossmember assembly is already threaded. You have to assemble 4 screws with nuts on each corner so it's natural to assume you need nuts for the last part, but you don't.I recommend a drill with a low torque setting and an M6 bit or you'll be using a hex key (provided) with your favorite slang words.

I feel like this product was poorly made. Due to the fact that when you start to put together the very first screw won't go in no matter how much you turn it or press down while you turn it.

If you're anything like me, you have the older type mattress that came with a matching wood box spring. Yes, I need a new mattress but being that we're in the middle of remodeling our in-laws house we just inherited, a mattress is not in our budget right now. We have kept a mattress cover on, so our mattress really isn't in too bad of condition but our box spring wasn't looking the greatest and it wasn't in the best shape anymore either. I really like that this box spring is made of metal, no squeaky, creaky noises anymore! I also like that the cover is removable and washable. I have 2 dogs and they tend to rub against our bed frame and use it as a scratching post. Not too cool on something you can't just throw in a washing machine! Now I can remove the cover and wash it as needed. The assembly was pretty straight-forward with easy to follow pictures included in the instructions. Includes everything you need as far as tools. I'm a 54 year old woman and I assembled the box spring all by myself. If I can do it, anyone can! I also think it has made a difference with our old mattress as far as support in comparison to the old box-spring we were using. Provides plenty of even, solid support for the mattress and for my husband and I (and our 2 dogs). Highly recommend!

This Daqutic queen box spring offers solid support and easy assembly, which is great for quick setup. The noise-free design is a plus for light sleepers like me, and the washable cover is convenient. However, I'm seriously disappointed that it doesn't come with legs despite the misleading product images. Without legs, it sits uncomfortably low to the ground, making it a hassle to get in and out of bed. The enhanced support is nice, but the lack of height is a major drawback. While it's sturdy and easy to clean, the missing legs are a deal-breaker for me. Consider this carefully if you want a raised bed setup.
