Bought these to wear tp fishing in summer n prevent sun burn, textures seem nice n print made it looks kool, seem pretty cool instead of thermal, I don't mean to use this as thermal anyway, so it worth out for me . I'm 5'5 medium build 165 lbs, usually wear medium us, n ordered L(Asia)=M (USA) fitted perfect, but the bottom didn't compress as I expected. So only the chest showed up n my abs didn't at all, it's fine if u have some belly, it won't show when u go fishing, but if u are muscular u want it tp show anyway ☹ kind if disappointed on the compression part. But it will work for me as fishing shirt anyway. Will update after next year

Normal I get the large but the medium is better for the compression..

I purchased this for going on runs and cycling in cold weather. The shirt fits well, the sleeves aren’t too long nor is the body hem too long or loose. The fit is snug as it should be and is comfortable on its own (it doesn’t chafe) and still comfortable when layered under other clothing. Would buy again.
