Excellent quality and overall value. Description or feedback did not indicate that this is MADE IN USA! I'm very pleased with the quality of the wood, solid enough you could use it for self defense! I'm a tall guy and this is the perfect size!

Way stronger than the thin steel tubing that most mop handles are made of nowadays. Probably a better price too!

This is a sturdy, well-made mop. I've used a Rubbermaid metal-head mop before and liked the mechanics of the screw-down and clamps better, so I knocked a star off this one. That being said, this is still a worthwhile purchase, comparable in quality and function to the 'name brand' version, and I don't regret getting this one (which was slightly cheaper than the Rubbermaid version when I bought it, and most importantly--in stock!)I was not crazy about how it was packaged (merely wrapped in a million layers of plastic wrap with a shipping label stuck to it). The plastic was cut through in several places and the shipping label nearly gone--shipping equipment is meant to handle boxes and envelopes, not mop handles wrapped up mummy-style. It looked like it had gotten stuck several times, but still made it to me in one piece.

This really hangs on to the mop end. It will give you a work out too. Shipping was very fast.
