These worked perfectly to adapt my r134 gauges to read pressure of a y1234 system. Be aware that the y1234 cans and can tap are left handed threads so although you can read the pressures you cant connect the y1234 can tap without an adapter as well. I just used a separate charging hose.

I purchased this so my dad can use his AC gauges and add Freon without paying hundreds of dollars having someone else do it. I have a 2018 Honda Accord and they worked great!
