Works great! Usually when doing dishes the cloth drying mat gets soaked as well as the counter. This drying stone helps dishes dry quicker and no wet mess.

One would think, how could a stone absorb water. But this guy does and quite effectively, I might add. We previously used terry cloth dish pads for drying our excess dishess. This mat not only works well, but it compliments our quartz counter tops with its very handsome design so it can easily remain on the counter instead of storing under the sink. Overall, a very nice addition to our kitchen..
