Regarding the, "38-1000QFT Quick Change Secondary Diaph. & Spring Kit," it serves its intended purpose. The spring can easily be swapped out without removing the choke assembly and secondary diaphram assembly by removing 2 of the 4 top screws on top the new diaphram assembly. All necessary replacement components come with this kit, including multiple springs to experiment with. The only possible drawback is the quick access cap utilizes a special shaped o-ring that may get brittle with age and leak, if wanting to swap out springs years down the road (and a new o-ring wouldn't be in a holley carb rebuild kit).

I would hate to think of the hours it would have taken to tune my secondaries without this setup.
