I got this blower for the purpose of drying out my CPAP hoses after I clean them. Hanging them up is not enough, they are always wet inside which promotes the growth of mold. This air mattress inflator comes with three adapters so I found one that was a perfect fit for the diameter of the hose. 10 minutes was enough to completely dry the inside of the hose.It's a bit loud, but very effectiveNot the purpose for which this device was intended, but useful for anyone else out there who uses a CPAP

Works well for floats, rings, beach balls, and pool toys. Easy to use. These kinds of pumps get warm to the touch - that's to be expected. This one is MUCH better in that regard than my prior purchased (and returned) which got too hot to even hold after about 45 seconds. Would buy again.

It definitely needs a hose. Strong motor inflates incredibly fast, but if it had some length of tubing it would be perfect. Having to put the unit in awkward positions is a drawback. It's the only drawback, but it's kinda a big one. If you don't mind it not having a hose then I highly recommend it.
