If installed correctly, never deprived of cooling water these impellers will outperform any bargain brand impeller. They willAlso give your cooling system the correct volume of water unlike the soft cheapAftermarket impellers - if your impeller housing is damaged buy a kit- under 25 hours and after 3 years I replaced as preventive Maintenance….

These OEM seem to outlast the cheap knock offs and retain all of their fins.

I ordered this as i know Quicksilver is the retail division of Mercury. Kinda disappointed the inside piece doesn't appear to be metal like previous versions. Not sure if they changed it up or if this will effect longevity, but we'll find out. Also have a spare onboard just in case.
