I needed a compact air filter on a fuel storage tank. These did the job. The only thing I didn't like was the "MADE IN CHINA" stamp on the package, but what the heck, everything these days is. I should also note that the hex size on the fitting is probably metric. It wasn't 9/16" and wasn't 5/8". For my use not a big deal as the threads were 1/4" NPT, but if you are installing it someplace that a crescent wrench won't fit - be aware.

Used this on my large compressor on the auto drain. When I was standing buy my compressor and the drain went off it hurt my ears. Now I barely hear it.

Ordered 4 and all have such horrendous threads that they’re basically not even usable. I can’t even thread them into any of the fittings.It basically looks like during the manufacturing they shifted halfway through when the threads were being formed. So… can’t thread them into anything… useless.
