Before I bought this I looked into my old orders and found the last one I purchased from the same company. I clicked "purchase again" and when I got the mattress cover it was different from the last one but in a good way. The top is thicker and more quilted. They must have improved the quality over time. I'm happy with it and would recommend to anyone looking for a soft waterproof mattress cover. The only reason we had to replace it is that we have a new puppy who scratched through the cover accidentally. We had that one for years.

The quality of the mattress cover is great overall. It is soft and comfortable; however, we experienced our first "spill" while using this mattress protector and the supposedly "waterproof" feature was not 100% accurate. There was definitely a damp spot on the mattress when removal of the cover. Kind of disappointed because we specifically purchased this for our new mattress.On a side note, there is a great home remedy online for removing stains from a mattress so hoping this helps!

Oh man, I am so happy I sprung for this waterproof mattress cover. Blood, as everyone knows, is probably one of the hardest stains to get out. I recently got liposuction and on the first day out of surgery, pumped full of meds, I promptly fell asleep in my bed. I didn’t realize one of the stitches holding together an incision point had popped off in transit, and that I was leaking freely. I woke to find myself in a puddle of bloody tumescent fluid in the middle of my bed. Worst part, lipo is so painful in the days after surgery (plus you’re really not allowed to lift anything) that I couldn’t actually get everything into a washer machine for a full week after. That’s right, not only was everything blood stained but I had allowed the stain had set for a full week. Finally stripped my ruined sheets off the bed, fully expecting that the entire mattress would be ruined as well and I’d have to buy a new one, but lo and behold, the mattress underneath was PRISTINE. This $30 mattress cover literally saved me hundreds of dollars. The mattress cover itself definitely had a gigantic blood stain on it after this ordeal, but after soaking the area in stain remover, I simply threw it in the wash (normal cycle on warm, then in the dryer on medium heat) and it came out completely stain-free and good as new. Couldn’t rave more about this product. Money well spent. Time will tell how it holds up, but if I ever need another one, I’m buying this again without hesitation.

Let me start off by saying I don't write reviews unless I'm extremely impressed with the product. And I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I know quality when I see it, and this is definitely a high-quality product. The mattress pad is made of soft, nicely-padded quilted material. They did not skimp on the elastic portion, either, which is all too often an issue with mattress pads. Because it has great elastic it stretches out beautifully and has no problem going around our 14-inch memory foam mattresses. I can tell you from experience that these are just as nice as a certain popular brand costing well over $100. It has a water-resistant layer under the quilted layer, and even so we sleep nice and cool on them. I haven't spilled anything on it yet, so I can't comment on how well the waterproofing works. Overall this is well-worth the money.

I got this for my dorm mattress. Goodness, did I make the right call; I spilled my whole coffee cup on my bed. That cover saved me from damaging the mattress. And the coffee stain came right out when I threw it through the wash. Not sure how it does in the dryer though, I was too worried about damaging the material to put it in the dryer.

Having researched many, many covers for my toddlers brand new mattresses, I purchased three of these protectors (2 twin, 1 double). Criteria was waterproof, noise proof and cooling. These meet and far exceed all expectations!You never truly know if they work until you’re caught in the middle of the night by exploding bladders which I thought was the main reason for purchasing - well, thank goodness it protects every major incident the human body can test it with!Mattresses are all saved, clean, like new despite any amount of human waste thrown at it!An affordable protector that absolutely far exceeded expectations. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend!
