Love this thing. Installed it myself as a total beginner DIYer and it turned out amazing. Instructions were easy to follow and so simple to wire up. Heats up fast too! Can't wait to use it this winter!

Easy to install. It just sits under the floating floor above. Love the warmth on my feet. Just wish I read the instructions closely and ordered the thermostat with it.

This product was easy to install and seemed wonderful to start. Soon we noticed the floor getting hotter and hotter even after turning the temperature down. Then it just quit working and doesn't heat at all.Incredibly frustrating that we will have to take everything out - baseboards, cabinets, furniture and flooring in a brand new designed room to take these out and find a new solution.

I installed these under laminate flooring in my home office. They were easy to install, the plug had some difficulties. Would recommend.EDIT: It has been over a year since purchase / install. They still work fantastic in the office.

Put these under laminate woid floor. Easy installation and they work even better than expected. User interface on the thermostat is out of the 1980's and difficult to program, but works ok when programmed.

i put it under my pergo wood flooring. And i had no idea what a great difference it would make in the living experience in the room. I'm amazed. And i do believe I'm saving money on my heating bill since I don't have to turn on the central heat as often.

The way the product was manufactured and packaged I should have known better in hindsight. It does not produce "warmth" in any sense of the word. We followed the directions to the letter and had the assistance of my electrician father in law. It does not work to heat the floor. plain and simple. Granted we installed it on the lowest floor in the house, a refinished basement into a media room, but it does not work as expected. It can not raise the temperature of the floor more than 8 degrees (meaning if the floor is 52 in winter it will not even warm up to 60. We tried a new subfloor, isolation, different barriers until the point of constantly resetting the laminate was a fruitless hassle. There is NO WAY AT ALL this product can justify its cost. Heated floors are awesome, just do not use this brand.

In instructions is does not tell you to set wattage on the thermostat and on thermostat it says not required. However at 100 watts it was not really working. When I put the wattage for both mats correctly at 750 it worked wonderfully.
