I received these today, and was surprised to find that there wasn’t a word of English anywhere on the package, but straps are pretty self explanatory. They seem to work fine for what I’ve done with them, and they were priced well.

The original rope and weight that came with our pool buoy (shown in the photos) frayed over-time, and we couldn’t find a replacement . Thinking outside the box, my husband, a boater and knowledgeable about boat lines, found the straps and suggested buying a kettle bell to provide weight. The straps (we bought 2) are well-made, durable, strong, and it appears they won't fray in our salt water pool. We also love the colors. Although not the intended purpose, the strap is a perfect solution for our project.

Manufacturing quality control went out the window, but they work. I did derate them as far as capacity goes.
