The braid was easy to work with and connectors were easy to install. Solved a ground loop issue for me and is not too big and bulky behind my units.

I bought several lengths of this as a ground wire for some portable ham radio operations we have been doing. Basically, some antennas will not perform well without using something as an earth ground.These wires are good for that purpose - lots of ground contact. They might be overkill, but I am seeing good results contacting other hams out in the field using these for the counterpoise. I generally use 4 of these, each about 30 ft long.

My ham radio setup was in dire need of grounding, and I wanted to try using braided ground straps rather than wires. (To be honest, I'm not sure which is better, but I think maybe the straps? I digress.) I've never worked with this stuff, and really didn't know what I needed to do, but I figured—hey, I'll make it work.Turns out I needed have been concerned. The straps cut very easily with diagonal cutters or even the little snips you get with your 3D printer. Once you've made the cut, twisting the end into a little cylinder is straightforward—and then it's a simple matter of sliding that into a ring or spade terminal and doing a crimp. If you want additional electrical conductivity, add some solder.This package has been enough for me to make half a dozen straps, and I've got plenty more for spares. Really pleased!

I’m using this for bonding / grounding the radio equipment in my ham radio station. It’s a nice tight braid and fits perfectly into the crimp lugs I’m using. I’m sure it would solder nicely too. I’m very happy with it!

I was surprised how much the package weighed! I used the braid to seal the joints of a Faraday box I was constructing. It also makes great, low impedance grounding straps.The braid is quite high quality. It's supplied quite clean and is easy to solder to.

If it’s installed correctly this copper braided bonding strap will do the trick!I grounded my CB radio on the chassis as it’s a floating ground from dash frame to antenna base to rear chassis on the CB and reduces EMI and EMF from spurious noise sources. Obviously, a wider ground strap is desirable but this will work without issue.
