If you need more room such as upgrading to a water cooled spindle on your CNC, then these are a must. The tubing is 3/8 inch so it takes up so much space in the OEM cable tracks that’s there’s no room left for the cables themselves. Not with these guys. There’s room for all of your add ons.

These work great, but keep in mind that they do not lay flat though. If laid out straight they will have a bowed up as they go, maybe 1/2 to 1†up at the other end.

This drag chain is perfect for what I needed. It was purchased for the extra volume it gave me compared to the existing one. It looks like it is going to work out well.

I have an X-Carve that I heavily modified and needed a longer drag chain. This matched up to the drag chain I purchased when I got the X-Carve perfectly to extend it to the new length. The price was very good in my opinion for what I paid for my original length drag chain. The cable locks are nice and snug and do not pop open during use. I have a few other projects that require a drag chain and I will certainly be buying another one of these.I have (4x) 4 conductor shielded wires running through it plus (2x) 1/4" tubes for the water cooled spindle and it works perfectly.
