My brother has one of these and it seemed to work fine so I ordered one - it worked twice and then just stopped working. I had already thrown away the box so I couldn’t try to get a refund. So frustrating.

I was all ready to give it 5 stars after first using the aerator but unfortunately we went to use it a second time and it stopped working Won’t charge or anything I’ve reached out to Rabbit but still awaiting a response Im hoping it’s a fluke and their customer service will take care of the issue

I purchased this through Amazon, but it is actually a Costco product. The product itself is fine so far. I will update the review if it doesn't hold up in use. My complaint is that the instructions don't match the product in a couple of important ways. The first way is that it says to use only the included charging adapter to avoid damaging the product, but no charging adapter is included. It's not just that they accidently left it out of my particular box. With the way the product is packaged there is no place an adapter could be in the box. There are specifications for what type of adapter you can use. Good luck with that. The second problem is that the instructions say there are four lights on the aerator/dispenser to indicate the charging status. There is only one. No way to know how the light indicates when the aerator needs charged or when it is fully charged. The instructions do say not to leave it plugged in too long. I had to fill a wine bottle with water a number of times and dispense it out to get the light to indicate low battery to figure it out. Wish I'd written down what it did, because now I'm not sure. I think it started blinking when the charge was low and turned from white to blue when it was charged. I could have that backward though. One other minor complaint. The font used for the instructions is extremely small. I had to take a picture of them with my phone and zoom in to read them.

Works amazingly well. I was able to have one glass at a time, have it aerated without exposing the rest of the bottle. I got it on sale at Costco (much cheaper), not on Amazon, though.
