These ramps are excellent. They are lightweight and very sturdy. I was looking for something that would allow me to get under my car and wanted something that was easy to use and safe. The Race Ramps fit the bill. They are bit pricey but they are worth it.I really like the fact that they come apart after you have your car on them so you can move around a bit easier. I feel very safe using them and have spent plenty of time under my car without worrying about them failing. They store easily and can be moved without much effort at all.

I purchased these ramps to be used on a 2010 Camaro. Like any low profile car, it is difficult to get up on regular size ramps because the front of the vehicle hits the ramp before the tire. With the Race Ramps this problem is eliminated. Clearance is no longer an issue. They allow you to drive on and off the ramps with plenty of width for wide tires and no slipping or movement. These Race Ramps are great. They are light weight, strong, very stable on a flat surface, easy to handle and move around. They give me plenty of room to work under the car. And when I'm done they are easy to store out of the way. The two piece version of these ramps also gives you access to the sides of the vehicle. Very convenient when you are using a creeper. If you need a set of ramps for low profile vehicles ( or any vehicle for that matter) I highly recommend these ramps.

I don't like how expensive these are. That said, they do work well.I got the RR_XT-2 67-inc XT 2-piece ramp for my 2004 BMW 330Ci (which couldn't even *attempt* to climb a traditional metal ramp) and they worked perfectly. I immediately found a problem my mechanic had missed (multiple times) and fixed it, which pretty much made the ramps pay for themselves.I have left my car parked on these ramps for a week now, and they show no signs of deforming or crushing. They're doing just as well as when I first drove up on them, and I expect that to continue. The two-piece units are not only easier to store, they're also easier to get out of the shipping box and easier to wrangle into your garage. They also allow removal of the ramp portion after your car is on the stands, easing side-access, which is quite nice. So if you have any doubts, please get the two-piece units---they're definitely worth the extra money. (Also remember, you can resell them on eBay for that same extra money when you're done with them!)All in all, yes, a good purchase, and one I can heartily recommend if you're interested in getting under your low-slung car...

Makes oil changes easier. These are super light in weight and are not hard to store away at all. They are wide enough for those who run wider wheels and tires. They cleared my 18x9.5 wheels easily. These might cost a lot but they are great tools.

These ramps worked amazingly on my C7 Stingray. I was able to change the exhaust easily without having to use jacks. It held steady with no imperfections. The clearance was perfect for a C7 Corvette.

Pros:-Lift higher than just about anything else. These lift the car 10 inches, and anything less gets really crowded when you're working underneath.-The ramp is removable and you would be surprised how often you'll remove the ramp to gain more access. (it's a surprise that feature isn't more common on ramps.)-Very light weigh. This is really nice when putting them away, and moving them around....etc.Cons:- Overpriced (okay, there are no other options for this kind of lift height and removable ramps...supply / demand / Capitalism / Free Market.... I know......But I can knock them down on the rating for that too.- Quality isn't great. Mine developed tire tread imprints fairly fast. It looks like the material inside was pushed in by the tire tread. They really should put in a thin layer of steel or fiberglass on the top surface where the tire sits to keep this from happening. I use these occasionally and I bet this will get worse based on the light use I give them. This is not good to see especially when these are the most expensive on the market.Things to consider before buying:These have a really shallow ramp up which is very desirable if you have a low to the ground car, but this also takes more space in your garage. In other words, they are longer than most ramps. I like to have my car with nose facing out of the garage door for better light, but I can't do it with these since it takes a lot of space to drive up the ramp. Now I have to have the car with nose facing in the garage when I use these.I didn't knock down the rating for this. This is just something to think about. My rating would be a 5 if the price was better and I didn't have the tire imprint issue.

Great alternative to jack stands and lifts! I originally bought these Race Ramps because, well, honestly I didn't want to have to crawl around and find for a point to jack up my camaro. After looking at various other options and lifts I decided to go with these and have been completely happy with my decision. These raise your car about 10+ inches; plenty high to take care of most "weight on wheels" tasks such as fluid changes and flushes, installing headers, and pan swaps. Its easy to go higher or remove one side by slightly raising with a jack. And, if you get the separate cradles, you can have the whole car in the air to perform full underside maintenance. For "weight off wheels" the ramps make it easy to locate alternate jack points. The removable section made it easy when I did my headers. Very lightweight but super strong...I believe each ramp can't hold 1500lbs. The drive up angle is smooth and didn't require any additional length even with a lowered vehicle. Definitely recommend for any home/shade tree mechanic.

These are fantastic ramps. They are light enough to easily move them around. They stack easily to store. My 2 VW's are very low to the ground and these ramps work perfectly without touching.

I've always wanted a set of these along with their RR-WC-10 10" wheel cribs, but shipping them from the US was always an arm and a leg. Found these on Amazon.ca one day with free shipping and couldn't resist. Each piece will support 1,500 pounds and they work great with both my lowered Z06 and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Make sure you buy a set of their chocks too for safety. I ordered part number RR-WC-2.

The race ramps are very easy to use, they are light weight and easy to store. My car was raised sufficiently to make the oil change extremely easy, I had plenty of room under the vehicle to access the oil pan and filter.

The price is very steep. Otherwise, they're alright. Very light. The 2-piece design makes sense, as they're easier to fit for transport, but I find the locking mechanism and the whole concept is a bit dangerous. It only locks lengthwise, not widthwise. It has happened that I'd kick out the smaller piece from its place while working on the car. It has happened that I was about to move the car off the ramp, forgetting that I removed the smaller piece. When you jack the car up off the ramp, there's noticeable flexing and movement of the ramp. Doesn't inspire confidence on its construction; unsure if it's hollow inside or what.
