I have been doing solar projects for 15 years. Its always been frustrating using the plastic tools to separate connectors but this tool is very strong and the removal has become very easy. Don't waste your money on plastic things, they lose their fit overtime and become useless. GreAt tool

Very good tool and great idea but will not work with all MC4 connectors. Will not fit the Amphenol H4 connector and that is what we use but it still is useful.

after using the cheap cast ones this makes the job easy. It does have a learning curve for some. I would buy again.

This was a game changer for me with the M4 connectors . Made it easy to disconnect. Wasn’t able to use any of the sizes they had for the hex nuts. But luckily found one in my wrench set. Would highly recommend

Having a metal tool is so much better. Makes working with them easy. Especially when it's cold.
