They do keep you dry! These are very thin but they served the purpose as a Halloween costume! They come in a two pack and are cheap enough to be disposable if needed.

These were quite smelly and my daughter who is sensitive to sensory input couldn't wear them. They were pretty thin, colors were vivid. Smell was so bad that it overpowered the shoe closet with soccer gear and 3 kids worth of smelly shoes. Very chemical smelling. But they will keep you dry. They didn't rip despite the thinness.

These are well made. I wanted to use them with a hiking backpack and looking at the measurements I thought I could. But they are not big enough. Non the less, I will keep because I can always use in the car or around the yard. Also it says they will cut protect from wind.
