The design is exactly as intended. I did like the napkin material but the big plates are very flimsy.

These plates were great for my teen daughters baptism and since we had leftovers, I used again for a friends baby shower. The only think is they are a tad flimsy and came in flimsy but I was happy to be able to to use twice.
