Automatic Piston return so that no time is spent manually resetting or cycling the tool. Allows you to work faster. Heavy duty buffer system prevents front end damage caused by piston overdrive-especially through sprayed-on insulation. Completely redesigned open-ended muzzle keeps your tool cleaner longer. Simplified Barrel Retention Collar makes it so that no tools are required for assembly or disassembly. Compatible with the newly designed poles, the rear collar is connected by set-screw to avoid a manual tightness check.

Solid tool that works well. Wheels fall off if you don’t maintain the tool but if you do then it won’t let you down.

Garbage tool. Piston sheared after 200 rounds. Lubed with CLP every 30 rounds because it jambed after the first 20 shots like most Ramset powder actuated tools. Called Ramset and they won't send out a new piston. They want me to send it to an Authorized Service center. Going back to Hilti!
