They will not deteriorate paper or precious photographs, they will not bleed when painted or brayered over with watercolors, water-based inks, markers or pearl pigments. These inks are fade resistant, water resistant, acid free, non-toxic and permanent for paper-heat set for permanence on non-porous surfaces. These pads feature removable hinged lid, raised stamping surface, and measure 2.75x4 inches. This package contains one Ranger Archival Ink Pad #0. Available in a variety of colors, each sold separately. Made in USA.

The description doesn't give the pad size, it is actually 2" x 3 1/8". Disappointing because I had already made a stamp for the listed measurements. The pad wasn't dry, so I guess that part is good.

This grey is more subtle than a black stamp ink. Not good for utilitarian stamping and not good for clarity. But good if those things are not the point. I like that it is acid free and archival.

Once I unwrapped the ink pad, I found it was completely dried out and the edges were curled a bit. Even after hydrating it, I haven't been able to get much color. How old was this pad???

The ink pad was easy to use. The ink was clean and crisp. My stamp art came out great.
