The game is fun and often hilarious. Play is quick, and you can play as many rounds as you want. I especially liked the simplicity of the "rules." For example, no tedious counting out numbers of word pieces; directions say simply, "grab three pinches of word magnets, about 75." It really doesn't matter. The Judge gets to play each round too! - And the rules answer "Can I add my own word magnet tiles?" with, "Sure. We already have your money, do whatever you want." And truly, you can teach anyone the game in two minutes. We bought the game + expansion pack bundle, and then I went back and bought the "family expansion pack" just to have more of everything in case we want to play with a larger group. (A lot of those "family" cards are for children, so just use them or not depending on who's playing; they're labeled.)

Cards against humanity meets mad libs. My 24 year old son and I adapted the game for 2 players and had a great holiday afternoon playing. There are several suggestions for game adaptations and it's very easy and hilarious to play. Our favorite responses came together like a short, two chapter tale following the single prompt: "describe the history of humanity":"UFO releases rogue beast. Darkness.""We grunt bro."The only negatives are that the word magnets are challenging for a person with joint pain or hand related mobility issues to take apart, and they are kinda low quality with just an unprotected paper front that wants to separate from the magnet backing as you separate them from each other, and that I predict will fade very quickly with use. The good news is that the words can easily be replaced with adhesive printer labels. But it would be nice (especially for the price of this game) if they were just made better and if you didn't have to spend a painful laborious hour to separate them in the first place. Now that the words are all apart, I think we will play this game quite often and I look forward to playing with a larger group as well.Edit to add that we have since played the game with a larger group, including my 13 year old nephew and would like to add that while the structure of the game play is similar to cards against humanity, my sister pointed out that this game is better because it is suitable for younger players as well. There are a few prompts that might be iffy, but you can always skip or exclude them easily and without reducing your game quality.

Oh my! This game is so much fun. We played it on family game night and literally laughed so hard we cried!! So glad we purchased this one. It’s easy to play, but takes a little thought. It’s timed so don’t think too long! It was a great time!

The box says 15 and up, but this game can actually be played by as young as 10 year olds. It is super fun, where you get a random bunch of words, and have to read a prompt, and you are trying to build a sentence out of your random words. It gets really comical really quick. The 15 and up comes in in the prompt cards, as there are some wildly adult topic cards. To play in our family, the adults sifted through the cards, threw the bad cards away, and we had PLENTY of cards left over. You can play with younger ages, JUST LOOK THROUGH THE PROMPT CARDS!

Tired of party games where you’re limited to the responses printed on the cards in your hand? How about a game where you’re instead limited your own creativity paired with the word magnets in front of you? This game is fantastic! The only limitation is if you’re just not playing with fun/funny/witty people, then it will not reach its full potential of radness and hilarity.

This game is a hoot! It's easy to understand and brings a lot of laughter to your party table. It's a great group game that can last as long as you desire. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family has.

Very enjoyable! This game will appeal to fans of Apples to Apples and Cards Against Humanity, with a similar game mechanic but more creativity/flexibility needed to respond to the prompts. Very easy to learn and will appeal to a wide age range. Game says 15+ but I think creative tweens could play and enjoy. YMMV on whether a time limit on the rounds will work for your kid if they are on the younger side, but without one the game can be slow. If your kids/teens are neurospicy, this may be a good way to get a rigid thinker to stretch their thinking a little. If this becomes a long term favorite, expansion packs (which are available) will probably be needed to provide variety.

Bought this for my brother's birthday, it's a really fun game! Lot's of laughs all round the table.Unfortunately the magnet pieces are SO flimsy and breakable. I ended up gluing the paper back on to 5 different pieces before we'd even started playing, and the act of separating the word magnets is quite tedious and involved if you don't want to see any tear.Regardless of the difficulties with the magnets, I do consider this to be a worthwhile purchase. We've had a ton of fun with it and I look forward to putting it in our regular party game rotation! :) 8/10

Suitable for adults and teens rather than younger children imo, the results of the questions posed had us crying with laughter. Not difficult or complicated to set up and play, jump right in and make the most ridiculous sentence you can.

Our family of five, ranging in age from 53-11 all love this game! You know you have a winner when your 18 year-old suggests game night to play this game. We took out a few cards that were just slightly inappropriate themes for our youngest, but the game is rated for 15+ so we knew that when purchasing it. Most of the time we are playing it with adults/older teens and we love it! It’s easy, and sooooo funny! We’ve been in tears with laughter. Definitely recommend - as a mom who only writes reviews if it’s too good not to.

Great game and easy to learn! Don’t try so hard and just let the joker inside you fly! Keep it silly and everyone will have a great time! We laughed and laughed and took pics of the night’s best answers to remember - which are now memes in our family. Highly recommend!
