I have never dealt with anything like this but if you find videos on line and pack your patience (and a good wrench & screwdriver) it works very well. The screen matches the interior of the car perfectly & you cannot tell at all it's from Amazon. There is no discoloration or lag when using the screen either. So grateful that this saved me a chunk of money..

It took about 2 hours to install and the screen works perfectly now. It fit all the screw holes and was the correct model for my 2014 ats cue.

Was worth my 2-3 hours of work. Works well and is the most economic one on the market with great prying tools. Just have a 7mm socket ready otherwise it will not work. Had not the right socket so needed to go to get it before I could get last screws loos to take the unit out.

Old screen gel failed and prevented screen feom responding. Dealer wanted $1200 for new system and other places wanted $350 with requirement to return broken system to them. This cost $25 and took 30min to replace. Works perfect.

it was not the easiest thing to install, but that is not a fault of this product specifically, but mainly the car manufacturer instead, this fixed the problems that we had for the touchscreen and we were able to use the functions of the car again! it was pretty decent and I was pretty happy that it worked, especially after the lengthy process it took to replace it. Product was great, the original was great before it destroyed itself...

If you have a cue system you have ran into this problem. It worked great and the extra tools they give with kit are good for the job. Instructions are ok. Go on line and look up the correct way to do it. Only took about 30 to 45 min going slowly bouncing between iPad and car

Just installed the new screen. I followed directions on a Youtube video and it took me 2 hours to replace and reinstall on my SRX. Only difficulty was with trim removal as it took more time than I anticipated. The screen replacement was easy but make sure you keep track of all the screws. Only issue is that the fan speed indicator wasn't working. I performed a factory reset the next day and it now functions fine. If you have basic DYI skills you can do this. Watch the video, write out your own instructions and double check your installation.

Dealer wanted $1500 to replace. This is a much cheaper alternative. Instalment takes some skill but it’s doable.
