Purchased this for our 5 year old granddaughter. It fit her very well, is adjustable, comfortable, and not heavy. The quality of the helmet is good. I picked it because the size and theme would grow with her until the she needed a larger size.

My daughter (9) was wearing this helmet when she lost control of her bike, couldn’t brake, careened into a tree and was clotheslined by a low-hanging branch. She flipped backward off her bike, hitting her head hard on the ground. While she had a laceration on her neck, she had no other injuries. This helmet protected her head. It did exactly as it should, and I’ll forever be grateful. I’ve ordered another one (once a helmet has done its job once, you need to replace it!). I literally could not recommend something more than I do this helmet. Plus my daughter thinks it’s adorable!

My 6 yr old was super excited to get it! The coloring is fantastic and feels really soft top the touch. The nose, ears and horn are a soft, but firm rubber, so that's great. I can't see them breaking off. The inside foam is soft and goes all the way around the brim. The straps are a pretty color and adjustable. The helmet itself is light, but seems really durable. I'll definitely be able to see her riding with this helmet!!
