These are absolutely massive. I realize it says 10 inches but usually when a treat says that I expect it to be more like 8 inches - nope these are almost as long as their 12in bully sticks and are at least 3inches in diameter. My dogs are usually aggressive chewers that finish everything quick but these are long lasting, they enjoy gnawing on it, getting tired and coming back to it later. And so far they haven’t gotten slimey or gross. I initially thought these were a lot pricier than the beef cheek rolls I get at the pet store but they are like 3 times the size and this is probably the most pleased I’ve been with a treat/bone I’ve purchased on Amazon.

These are perfect for my “super chewer†dogs that plow through toys and chews. A great alternative to rawhide! They are not hard enough to harm enamel but still strong enough to last a looooot of chewing!

Wow! My lab is 1 and he lovessss chewing. Normally, bones and chew toys last about 15 minutes before they’re gone. This chew is huge! He’s been chewing on it off and on for hours and he’s barely made a dent. He gets mad when I make him take a break and put it up! For sure worth the price!

I am the owner two dogs:Donut is a small mixed breed dog who is a slow chewer. She takes her time and she’s a big “ripper.â€Fig is a large Ibizan Hound who is a super aggressive chomper.—-All in all, I am super impressed with these and I’d absolutely buy them again. They usually have free access at night to water buffalo horns which last forever, but they’re a little stinky and I do get concerned with my big dog in particular cracking down on them like no tomorrow. The beef cheeks get soft, so I’m not concerned about their teeth, but they don’t disintegrate into nothing so the long lasting quality is still there. The cheeks are one solid rolled piece but occasionally I’ve found a long and kind of loose piece in the middle. I think my small dog would be fine but I could see it being a hazard for my big dog, so I always pull them out.We always give them supervised and if I let them chew for 1.5-2 hours they usually last each dog a week to two weeks; my little dog getting the latter amount of time. It’s not rawhide and not processed like rawhide, so I’m not concerned about digestability! If your dog has a sensitive belly, my only forewarning would be to let them have it for a brief amount of time and then monitor them. My little dog has a sensitive belly and I believe on day one just ate too much, and she did have the poops. We have not had an issue since. If they lasted just a little longer they would be right up there with the water buffalo horns for me!! But I am adding these to the regular rotation of chews they get to chew on at night at for a few hours. Highly recommend if you’re tired of stuff that just doesn’t last.

My young lab-mix chomps through most chews in less than five minutes (bully sticks, tendons, lamb ears, etc). I've been looking for something that will last a little long and I also wanted to find something that wouldn't be too hard on her teeth. We tried these beef cheek rolls and she loved them! She will chew one for an hour an barely make a dent in it. Bonus that they don't make a mess and they don't smell bad. They have a rawhide-like consistency and I'm not worried that she'll crack a tooth while chewing on it. I am so happy that I discovered these!

These are the only rawhide-alternative chews I have found that can withstand hours of persistent abuse from my aggressive chewers. They have no smell and create no mess of any kind indoors. I also don't have to worry about pieces breaking off and creating choking hazards. These will be my go-to chews from now on!

I gave two dogs who love to chew and gnaw on pizzles or dog chews every night. It wouldn’t take long for each of them to devour the sticks, so every night meant a new chew stick. Then I discovered these marvelous items! I gave them these cow cheeks last week, and they’re still chewing. Day and night, night and day! It’s the best money I’ve ever spent for a dog chew. And, they love them. One of my pups carries his around the house and outside. He’s obsessed. My girl dog takes hers to her crate and chews for hours. Happy puppies. Happy me.

I wish I can say I love this but I can't because my dog is deathly afraid of it. He sniffed it and ran to hide under the bed. He was shivering the whole time. I must say when I initially opened it, it smelled a bit like rancid oil. I’m not sure if that is the smell of chemicals or what not. I took a picture of him a few days after the hide has been sitting out. He still refuse to walk pass the hide after repeatedly asking him to come to me but as soon as I placed the hide away he came right to me when I called. When I initially opened it, it was huge! I would imagine it would last very long but I can't say because my dog won't partake in this. It is super thick too.
