I got this mic to use mostly for gaming because I don't do podcasts or any voice recordings. My gaming desktop setup is also all Razer so this was a no brainer.The mic comes with a stand and power cable. It's enough to get you started but I would recommend a mic arm so you can free up your desk space. The packaging and build quality is excellent which is typical of Razer. You can use this without the Razer synapse software. But to take advantage of it, you'll want to use it. Once plugged in, the synapse software automatically detected it and started to install it. Once installed, I could fine tune the settings and RGB lights to match the rest of my Razer gear. I left the audio settings on default and played Call of Duty. I told everyone on my team that I had a new mic and everyone commented that I sounded crystal clear. I'm pretty sure you can use this to do voice recordings for podcast or youtube video narration etc, but I don't do those. My main concern was that I sounded clear gaming online and the mic matched my setup. It checks both boxes for me.Overall, for $129.99 it is expensive. There's cheaper alternatives out there if you're not in the Razer environment and will probably have the same sound quality. However, if you're a Razer fan and want a nice mic, I would highly recommend this mic. 5 stars!

Bought this as an upgrade from my Razer Seiren Mini. It works well, and is very customizable. You do need Razer Synapse to enjoy the full experience of this mic.The quality is on par with most modern gaming mics, definitely not studio quality, but decent for gaming and streaming.The LEDs built into the microphone are decent, they follow the same chroma setup as other Razer chroma products. This meaning you can use the Synapse app to completely customize the lights including color, brightness, and even effects.It was a fairly easy microphone to set up, since once plugged in, if you already have Synapse, it installs the needed data and you're good to start playing.Good for the price if you can afford it!

I’ll start this off by saying in a razer fanboy. I know it’s expensive. But with that being said. This mic does everything I wanted it to do and more. I upgraded from a blue yeti and the sound quality is better, but what really butters my rolls is matching all the colors with my other razer products. The multi function button is a pretty neat feature also. If you have a razer keyboard, mouse, etc… it’s a must buy.
