I am a researcher and review reader , my son wanted a boat that could ride on water so I searched high and low and found this boat. After reading reviews I took a chance and I’m glad I did this is a wonderful toy he absolutely loves using it on his grandparents pond. Seems like the battery is good, speed is perfect for controlling the boat. The price was the best I found for the quality.

Bought this almost as a disposable toy for a trip to Florida. Boat ran amazing the entire time, handled abuse day after day and battery pack after battery pack. It never filled with water, never quit working and ended up bringing it home and putting it away for the next trip that has a pool. GREAT fun for the price.

Fun for kids and adults! We bought 2, one for our 9 year old grandson’s birthday and anotheR so someone could race with him. He loves the boat and he was able to race for an hour. The battery was still charged when he was done. Well worth the price! He needs help getting the boat ready to race so some supervision is needed for a 9 year old.

It is a super fun toy that is perfect for any child. The size is perfect to fit in any kind of bag, which makes it easy to carry to any beach. Great battery life. Perfect speed for kids to have controlled fun.

Followed instructions everything worked fine at first. But had to charge the battery all night and when I plugged it in the boat flashed then never turned back on. But ig I got to lithium battery’s to play with🙄

I got this for my hubby who wanted a "toy" for the pool. We have a big pool so he races it up and down the pool. We learned that it has to be in the water to work, otherwise it doesn't work, so please note that once you place it in the water, it will work. It comes with the rechargeable battery and extra propeller. It also has lights for nighttime use. It is well made and a super fun toy for guys or kids who like to play with remote control race boats. Great color orange too.

I got this for my son as a gift. I was a little worried when I saw the size of the battery. It looks like a AA. We tried it in our bath tub first, and it was too fast for the tub! We took it to a lake, and it was a lot of fun! This thing moves for the tiny battery it has! It lasted a decent amount of time too, probably 20 min!

If the pieces on this boat were constructed in better quality, or if we were provided extra pieces, I would have given this a higher rating. It is super fun when it works. However, after three runs, and some flat shallow water, we happened to lose the propeller. I’ve also noticed that going over any small boat lake, causes the battery to become unplugged inside the hatch. It’s probably too late for me to request a new one, so I’m just out the entire investment of this boat.
